Toolbox Meeting
Daily toolbox meeting is carried out to brief and share with the workers on the daily activities that the hazards they may be encountered and provide the appropriate control measures to mitigate the risk to as low as reasonably practicable
Safety Meeting
Meeting shall be chaired by the Project manager and to communication the safety related matter and and gather any input from the interested parties
Safety Inspection
Monthly inspection is conducted with the involvement of management staff to express their commitment in term of safety as well as housekeeping.
Emergency Drill
Emergency call up list, evacuation plan needs to be briefed to all the workforce when they are deployed at the new site
Mass Housekeeping
Housekeeping shall be executed by weekly basis with the involvement of contractor/ management staff/site supervisor /safety professional and contractors
